Join the Seneca County Senior Center, Inc, for Movement & Music on Tuesdays in November at 1:15 pm. Movement & Music is a seated, gentle exercise for your entire body. Movement & Music will take place in the Community Room at Verona Village, 2276 Co. Rd. 139, Ovid, NY 14521. Anyone 60+ who lives in Seneca Co. is encouraged to attend this free program! No registration is required. Please note that the day is changing in November for this program.
