DESCRIPTION:Join the Friends of the Three Bears this spring at Papa Bear (7175 Main St Ovid\, NY): Local Ovid teen Chelsea Neville will return on March 22nd from 2:00 to 3:30 pm to show students how to paint a traditional mandala pattern on fake eggs using mandala dotting tools and acrylic paint.
