In this hands-on workshop Phoebe Van Vleet of Thistle Flower Farm will demonstrate how to construct a swag, which can be used to decorate a door or porchpost, including a few helpful techniques such as pinecone wiring. The workshop will take place at the Interlaken Public Library, 8390 Main Street in Interlaken, New York, from 10am to 12pm on December 13, 2025. Each participant will have the opportunity to create 3 large swags to take home with them, using a mix of local evergreens, local dried flowers, foliage and ribbons.

The program is free to enjoy, best suited for adults, and all materials are provided.
