Join Caryn Sheckler for a challenging chair yoga session at the Interlaken Public Library, 8390 Main Street, Interlaken NY every Tuesday at 10am. Participants of all ages are welcome and each class combines movement, music, and whole body wellness practices built around an eastern art yogic philosophy. Participation is FREE, no enrollment or experience is required.
